1. Will our records be safe in your custody ?

Yes your records are safe with CRC. Our storage facilities are electronically and manually guarded 24X7X365. Our in house software is based on bar code technology and records can be easily tracked. Access to our storage facility is biometrically controlled hence only authorized persons can gain entry.

2. How swiftly can you retrieve and deliver our records when they are needed ?

We can deliver your records the next day under easy retrieval service and within 4 to 5 hours if you opt for express retrieval services. Where original physical record is not needed, you may opt for our electronic retrieval service , wherein we scan and email almost instantly.

3. What is the guarantee of security ?

We believe – “Precaution is better than cure”. We have taken all possible measures to protect any mishap.

4. Do you provide online services ?

Yes CRC provides web access to its clients enabling them to place service requests and also view inventory, retrieval history and generate reports.

5. How do you bill for your services ?

Our invoices are generated under three broad categories, initial cost – this is charged on a one time basis when a carton is indexed and picked for the first time,recurring storage cost – This is calculated on a per carton per month basis. Finally we charge for other services like retrievals which are applicable only when you utilize these facilities.

6. Do you alert us when a record completes its life cycle ? Do you provide destruction certificates for shredded records ?

Yes, once the retention period is shared at the time of initial indexing, we alert you when the records become inactive. We also provide Certificate of destruction once your records are securely shredded and sent for recycling.
